Rocky Beal

Executive Vice President, Client Services


Rocky Beal brings 18 years of direct and brand marketing experience to his current role at IDM.  As Executive Vice President of Client Services, he drives a leadership function in agency planning, database solutions, strategic advisement, analytics insights, new business development, process and program improvements. His focus includes expanding IDM’s mobile, social, and online data management platforms, and keeping IDM at the forefront of global industry growth.


Prior to IDM, Rocky gained extensive client-side experience at JD Edwards, OfficeMax, and Berlin Packaging. There he was responsible for customer acquisition, reactivation, and retention.  He also has many years of involvement with data creation, data processing, response analytics and ROI analysis. Rocky has worked in a strategic role with Sam’s Club, Home Depot, JC Penney, Dell, Lands’ End, and OfficeMax to name a few.


Rocky has a BA in Accounting and Business Statistics from ­­­­Miami University.
